our goal is simple. make the best pasta for our community.

deeply driven by a genuine love for the craft. we have a massive respect for TRADITION. we aren’t looking to reinvent the wheel. we are merely carrying the TRADITION forward.

our fresh pasta & provisions are all small batched. made by hand with just a few simple high quality ingredients.
